Biography
Cynthia was born in New York City on February 2, 1964. She was raised in the Bronx and attended Adali E. Stevenson High School. She attended the Wildcats Program for Secretarial Studies and graduated in 1988 with Honors.
She began her legal career at a New York City medical malpractice firm in 1988. After working in New York City for six years, she and her family relocated to Rochester, New York in 1994.
She refreshed her skills at the Urban League of Rochester. From 1995-2000, she worked for several well known Rochester area law firms.
In February of 2000, Cynthia joined Modica & Associates as a legal assistant. She models her professional life after the Firm's motto ("Helping People Take Action"), serving primarily those clients who have Social Security Disability cases. She provides valuable assistance to Firm clients and the other professionals who work at Modica & Associates. In 2009, Cynthia was promoted to Paralegal.
Cynthia, and her husband Charles, reside in Gates. They have four children: Jennifer, Ebony, Irvin and Noah..
