Biography
Jeff was born in Rochester, New York. He was raised in Fairport and went to Fairport High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Virginia University and a law degree with honors from the University of Richmond School of Law. While at law school, Jeff received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the area of Jurisprudence.
Jeff concentrates his practice in labor and employment law, disability benefit law, work place accident, personal injury and workers' compensation law matters. Jeff also has expertise in commercial and residential real estate, including leasing, financing and landlord/tenant matters.
Jeff is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish. He is an Eagle Scout, a mentor for the Monroe County Lawyers for Learning program and an active member of his church.
Before joining Modica & Associates, Jeff was associated with a local law firm, Woods Oviatt Gilman, LLP.
Jeff and his wife Kelly live in Brighton with their three young children.
